At the moment, Auto Insights can only process structured data. 

We have created a prototype internally to convert certain types of unstructured data to meaningful structured data (e.g. sentiment analysis for messages etc.). This prototype has been created by our team to validate (from a technical standpoint) that we can convert data. If we think there is a strong application in the market for this in the future, you may see this functionality in Auto Insights!

As more than 90% of the important datasets in enterprises (sales, staff, customer data etc.) are structured, we are focusing our attention here first.
